This specification is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies
of the Department of Defense.

SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Scope.
This document covers dragline buckets for earth and rock
excavation.
1.2 Classification. Buckets will be one of the following types, classes,
and sizes as specified (see 6.2):
